XH NEWS MEDIA (00309) announced that Mr. Qiu Boyu (Mr. Qiu) has resigned as an independent non-executive director, effective from September 24, 2026. From September 24, 2026, Mr. Qiu has ceased to serve as the chairman of each of the Company's audit committee (the Audit Committee) and the Company's remuneration committee (the Remuneration Committee), and as a member of the Company's nomination committee.
