MEILAN AIRPORT (00357) announces that, due to work adjustments, Mr. Ren Kai (Mr. Ren) has tendered his resignation as an executive director and chief financial officer, effective from September 24, 2026. Due to work adjustments, Mr. Xiang Xiujin (Mr. Xiang) has been re-designated from a non-executive director to an executive director and appointed as the chief financial officer, effective from September 24, 2026. Subject to shareholder approval at the extraordinary general meeting, the board proposes to appoint Ms. Jiang Lini (Ms. Jiang) as a non-executive director, effective from the date of the extraordinary general meeting.
