Zhejiang Jingsheng Mechanical & Electrical (300316.SZ) announced that recently, the company learned from public information that Linton Crystal Technologies (referred to as "Linton") has filed a lawsuit against the company in the Marshall Division of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, claiming that some crystal growth equipment sold by the company in the United States infringes on the patent rights held by Linton titled "Seed lifting and rotating system for use in crystal growth." As of now, the company has not received formal litigation documents issued by the court related to the aforementioned matter. Technically, the aforementioned company products are completely inconsistent with the technical methods adopted by the patent involved, and there is no evidence indicating that the company's products infringe on the patent rights involved. Currently, this matter will not have a substantive impact on the company's production and operations.
