KPM HOLDING (08027): 281 million rights shares under the rights issue were not subscribed

KPM HOLDING (08027) announced that as at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 17, 2026 (being the deadline for acceptance of rights shares and payment of subscription monies), a total of six valid applications and acceptances had been received pursuant to the provisional allotment letters, involving a total of 192 million rights shares, representing approximately 40.6% of the total number of rights shares available for subscription under the rights issue. The rights issue will not give rise to fractional entitlements to rights shares. Based on the subscription results, 281 million rights shares under the rights issue were not subscribed, representing approximately 59.4% of the total number of rights shares available for subscription under the rights issue, and such shares are subject to the compensatory arrangements.
