TIMELESS (08028): Zhong Weiqiang Appointed as Chairman of the Nomination Committee

TIMELESS (08028) announced that Mr. Lin Guiren (Mr. Lin) has retired from the position of independent non-executive director at the conclusion of the annual general meeting held on September 24, 2026. Following Mr. Lin's retirement as an independent non-executive director, Mr. Lin also ceased to serve as a member and chairman of the Company's nomination committee, as well as a member of each of the audit committee and the remuneration committee. Dr. Zhong Weiqiang (independent non-executive director and member of the nomination committee) will, following Mr. Lin's retirement, be re-designated as the chairman of the Company's nomination committee with effect from the conclusion of the annual general meeting held on September 24, 2026.
