Beijing eGOVA (300075.SZ) subsidiary signs a RMB 576 million server equipment procurement contract.

Beijing eGOVA (300075.SZ) announced that recently, its wholly-owned second-tier subsidiary Zhengtong Intelligent Computing (Jinan) Technology Co., Ltd. ("Jinan Intelligent Computing") signed a Sales Contract with Company A. Under the contract, Jinan Intelligent Computing will purchase 64 server units from Company A, with a total contract amount of RMB 576 million including tax. The contract amount accounts for 15.06% of the company's total audited assets for the most recent period. This procurement of server equipment will provide important infrastructure support for the company's computing power service projects, help significantly enhance the company's computing power resource supply and service capabilities, and further improve the company's computing power business layout.
