Poly Property Group (00119) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary incorporated in China, Poly Property Group Co., Ltd. (Shanghai Poly Property), successfully issued the 2026 second tranche corporate bonds (the Corporate Bonds) on September 24, 2026. The 2026 second tranche corporate bonds have an issuance size of RMB626 million, a term of 5+2 years, and a coupon rate of 2.30% per annum. The proceeds from the 2026 second tranche corporate bonds will be used to replace the issuer's own funds used to repay debt financing instruments.
