Shanghai Guangdian Electric Group (601616.SH) announced that the company plans to transfer its 40% equity interest in Anyiji Electric Industrial Systems (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Anyiji Industry"), corresponding to a registered capital of 91.2098 million yuan, to its controlled grandchild company Jiyi Switch (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Jiyi Switch"), with a transfer price of 120 million yuan; the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Shanghai General Guangdian Engineering Co., Ltd. plans to transfer its 60% equity interest in Anyiji Industry, corresponding to a registered capital of 137 million yuan, to the company's controlled grandchild company Jiyi Switch, with a transfer price of 180 million yuan. The total transfer price of the transaction is 300 million yuan.
