Accelink Technologies (002281.SZ) announced that its controlling shareholder, FiberHome Technologies Group Co., Ltd., has transferred 291 million shares it held in the company to Xinke (Wuhan) Technology Co., Ltd. ("Xinke Technology") free of charge. After the completion of the free transfer, the company's controlling shareholder will be changed to Xinke Technology. The company's actual controller will remain unchanged and will still be China Information and Communication Technologies Group Corporation.
