Innuovo Technology (000795.SZ) announced that the company plans to sign an "Interest Transfer Agreement" with Dongyang Hengdian Enterprise Management Services Co., Ltd. ("Hengdian Enterprise Services"), intending to acquire at zero consideration the RMB 55 million unpaid fund interest in Hengdian Bohui Venture Capital (Hangzhou) Partnership (Limited Partnership) ("Hengdian Bohui") held by Hengdian Enterprise Services. At the same time, the company will, as a limited partner, jointly sign the "Hengdian Bohui Venture Capital (Hangzhou) Partnership (Limited Partnership) Partnership Agreement" with other partners and fulfill its paid-in capital contribution obligations.

It is reported that Hengdian Bohui mainly invests in industrial or equity targets with high growth potential. After the investment is completed, the invested fund will not be included in the scope of the company's consolidated financial statements. The fund will advance the implementation of investments in reserve projects in due course, participating in the development of enterprises in relevant high-growth fields through equity investment, which is expected to empower the company's long-term stable and sustainable development.
