AB&B BIO-TECH-B(02627): Chen Ze and Wu Jingyun Nominated as Candidates for Executive Directors
AB&B BIO-TECH-B (02627) announced that Ms. Li Runxiang has resigned from the Board (including, among others) her positions as an executive director and the chief financial officer of the Company, with effect from September 23, 2026. Dr. Chen Ze and Ms. Wu Jingyun have both been nominated as candidates for executive directors of the second session of the Board, subject to the review and approval by the shareholders at the Company's shareholders' meeting before becoming effective. Ms. Wu has been appointed as the chief financial officer, with effect from September 23, 2026.
AB&B BIO-TECH-B(02627) announced that Ms. Li Runxiang has resigned from the Board of Directors from the positions of executive director and chief financial officer of the Company, among others, with effect from September 23, 2026. Dr. Chen Ze and Ms. Wu Jingyun have both been nominated as candidates for executive directors of the second session of the Board of Directors, subject to review and approval by the shareholders at the Company's shareholders' meeting before taking effect. Ms. Wu has been appointed as chief financial officer, with effect from September 23, 2026.
From September 23, 2026, Ms. Li has ceased to serve as a member of the Remuneration and Assessment Committee and a member of the Nomination Committee of the Board of Directors, Mr. He Yiming has been appointed as a member of the Remuneration and Assessment Committee, and Ms. Lei Meijia has been appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee. Mr. Xu Jian has been appointed as the secretary of the Board of Directors and the joint company secretary of the Company, with effect from September 23, 2026.
After resigning as executive director, Ms. Li has ceased to serve as the authorized representative appointed by the Company under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules, and Mr. Xu has been appointed to succeed Ms. Li as the authorized representative, both with effect from September 23, 2026.
