WuXi AppTec (02359): US$6.78 billion zero-coupon convertible bonds due 2027 settled in US dollars fully converted and listing status withdrawn
WuXi AppTec (02359) announced matters relating to, among other things, the issuance of RMB6.78 billion zero-coupon convertible bonds due 2027 settled in US dollars and the early redemption of the bonds. As at the date of this announcement, all outstanding bonds have been fully converted into the Company's H shares in accordance with the terms and conditions of the bonds. Accordingly, as at the date of this announcement, there are no outstanding issued bonds, and the arrangement for early redemption of the bonds will therefore no longer proceed. The withdrawal of the listing of the bonds on the Vienna Stock Exchange is expected to take effect at the commencement of trading hours of the Vienna Stock Exchange on September 25, 2026.
