HUA LIEN INT'L (00969): PCSC raw sugar products previously subject to a stop order will be released batch by batch in accordance with the procedures and authorization stipulated by the NCRA.

HUA LIEN INT'L (00969) announced that on September 18, 2026, PCSC received a letter from the National Compliance and Regulatory Authority (NCRA) of Jamaica, in which the NCRA acknowledged the remediation procedures implemented by PCSC at the PCSC factory and had reviewed the laboratory test results of samples collected from PCSC's remediated products, which were satisfactory. Accordingly, the PCSC raw sugar products previously subject to the stop order will be released batch by batch in accordance with the procedures and authorization stipulated by the NCRA. As PCSC has strengthened and maintained the required food safety systems and will provide relevant evidence to the NCRA upon request for verification, the operations of the PCSC factory, as well as the production, distribution, and sale of new raw sugar products, will resume.
