Anhui Yingjiagongjiu (603198.SH) announced that on September 22, 2026, the company signed the "Hangzhou Junlian Jiatu Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) Limited Partnership Agreement" with the manager, Beijing Junqi, and other partners. According to the partnership agreement, the total subscribed capital contribution of the partnership is 704 million yuan; the company, as a limited partner, will subscribe 100 million yuan of the partnership's capital contribution with its own funds, accounting for 14.21% of the total subscribed capital contribution of the partnership as stipulated in the partnership agreement. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, Hangzhou Junlian Jiatu Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) has not yet completed the industrial and commercial change registration, nor has it completed the private fund filing procedures with the Asset Management Association of China.
