HENLIUS (02696) Collaboration and License Agreement with Amberstone for Two T-Cell Engager Products

HENLIUS (02696) announced that on September 23, 2026, the Company entered into a collaboration and license agreement (the "Collaboration and License Agreement") with Amberstone Biosciences, Inc. ("Amberstone", together with the Company, the "Parties"), pursuant to which the Parties agreed to set out arrangements for the research, development, manufacturing and commercialization of two T Cell Engager (TCE) products (the "Collaboration Products") based on Amberstone's proprietary T-MATE technology platform for all human uses (the "Field") on a global basis (the "License Territory"). This collaboration is expected to jointly advance the research and development of the Collaboration Products based on the Parties' respective technological strengths and R&D capabilities in the relevant fields, which will help further enrich the Company's innovative product pipeline and enhance the Company's sustainable innovation capability and market competitiveness.
