Tianshan Material (000877.SZ) announced that, in order to meet the company's funding needs for production and operations, further broaden financing channels, reduce financing costs, and adjust liquidity, the company plans to apply to the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors for registration of medium-term notes with a total scale of no more than RMB 10 billion (inclusive). After successful registration, the notes will be issued at an appropriate time depending on market interest rate conditions and the company's funding needs. The proceeds from this issuance of medium-term notes are intended to be used by the company and its subsidiaries to supplement working capital and repay interest-bearing debts, as well as for other purposes recognized by the association.
