ABLE DIGITAL (02687) surged over 13% in late trading, rising 11.67% as of press time to HK$342.6, with a turnover of HK$59.1744 million. On the news front, the General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology recently issued a notice on launching a special initiative to cultivate AI application service providers, explicitly stating it would "encourage service providers to build Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) teams, embed themselves at user sites, and ensure scenario implementation." Notably, this is the first time the FDE model has appeared in a national-level AI industry policy document, sending a strong signal: the focus of the AI industry is shifting from technological breakthroughs to application implementation, and the quality and efficiency of scenario implementation may determine whether the "AI+" strategy can be pursued in depth and with solid results. It is understood that FDE is a complete engineering delivery system for AI implementation in education and research scenarios. As a knowledge technology company deeply engaged in university and research scenarios, ABLE DIGITAL is an early practitioner of the FDE model and has established a systematic FDE implementation methodology. Guozheng International noted that ABLE DIGITAL's AI knowledge asset construction revenue in the first half of 2026 was RMB 290 million, accounting for 89.7% of total revenue, up 17.0% year-on-year, covering three product lines: knowledge graphs, digital resources, and physical AI virtual experiments. Among them, knowledge graphs, as the core growth engine, increased their share of total revenue from 54.7% to 59.0%, with revenue up 28.4% year-on-year.
