ZHIDA TECH (02650) announced that on September 23, 2026, the company proposes to place up to 23,670,550 placing shares, representing approximately 7.44% of the total number of issued H shares as at the date of this announcement; and approximately 6.93% of the total number of issued H shares as enlarged by the completion of the placing.
ZHIDA TECH (02650) announced that on September 23, 2026, the Company proposes to place up to 23,670,550 placing shares, representing approximately 7.44% of the total number of issued H Shares as at the date of this announcement; and approximately 6.93% of the total number of issued H Shares as enlarged by the completion of the Placing. The placing price is HK$8.77 per placing share. Assuming the placing shares are fully placed, the gross proceeds and net proceeds from the Placing are expected to be approximately HK$207.6 million and approximately HK$203 million, respectively. The net proceeds from the Placing are intended to be applied in the following manner: (a) 20% for the construction of new production facilities and purchase of equipment to provide energy management services to the Group; (b) 30% for the acquisition of businesses related to the Group's deployment of public charging infrastructure; (c) 30% for investment in businesses engaged in the upstream and downstream of robot product manufacturing; and (d) 20% as general working capital of the Group.
