QYUNS-B (02509): Ji Juan Nominated as Non-Executive Director

QYUNS-B (02509) announced that Mr. Yu Xi, due to changes in work arrangements, has tendered his resignation as a non-executive director of the Company and a member of the Strategy and Development Committee, with his resignation effective on the date of this announcement. Following Mr. Yu's resignation, the Board has resolved to nominate Dr. Ji Juan as a non-executive director of the Company, with her term of office commencing from the date on which the relevant resolution is considered and approved at the Company's extraordinary general meeting until the expiry of the term of the second Board. An ordinary resolution will be proposed at the extraordinary general meeting for shareholders' consideration and approval, and Dr. Ji Juan will be eligible for re-election upon the expiry of her term of office.
