WAI CHUN BIOTEC (00660) has announced that, as the Company and its auditors (the Auditors) require additional time to complete the audit work, the Company was unable to publish its annual results for the year ended 30 June 2026 (the 2026 Annual Results) on or before 30 September 2026. The Company is working closely with the Auditors and providing all necessary information and documents to complete the audit procedures as soon as possible. However, further discussions with the Auditors will be required to determine the expected publication date of the annual results, and an announcement will be made in due course.
