AI infrastructure company Accelevation plans to list in the U.S., with a valuation of up to $5.37 billion, planning to issue 30 million shares and raise up to $720 million.
AI infrastructure supplier Accelevation said on Tuesday that it is targeting a valuation of up to $5.37 billion in its IPO, making it the latest company to tap investor demand for AI-related stocks for financing. Accelevation and some selling shareholders plan to offer 30 million shares at a price range of $20 to $24, raising up to $720 million. According to filings, Accelevation is headquartered in Miamisburg, Ohio, and was founded in 2017. The company manufactures and installs power distribution and white space infrastructure products used inside data centers. Its products and services include branch circuit whips, remote power panels, power distribution units (PDUs), as well as related monitoring, thermal management and on-site installation services, integrating these facilities into factory-prefabricated components. The company generates revenue through product sales and installation and on-site services provided at customer sites. Its customers include hyperscale data center operators, colocation data center operators, and AI and cloud service operators. In 2025, the company's revenue grew 147%; as of June 30, 2026, its order backlog was approximately $1.1 billion. Data shows the company generated $727 million in revenue in the 12 months ended June 30, 2026. Accelevation plans to list on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbol "ACCV." The underwriters for the offering include Morgan Stanley, JPMorgan, Goldman Sachs and BofA Securities, among others. Multiple prior market research reports show that global AI data center power demand is growing explosively, already far exceeding the elastic growth model of traditional IT loads. In the coming years, grid builders such as U.S. utility companies may need to spend trillions of dollars to upgrade aging power grids on a large scale and provide the strongest power capacity expansion resources to support an unprecedented new construction and expansion cycle of AI data centers led by tech giants such as Microsoft, Google and Amazon. Whether through power grid system upgrades or the policy direction of "building self-owned power systems," both are driving global power assets into a structural revaluation cycle fully driven by the AI computing infrastructure construction boom. For Accelevation, the company is expected to ride this power asset wave to achieve a solid performance in its IPO.
