HOSPITAL CORP (03869) announces that Mr. Pu Chengchuan has resigned as an executive director and a member of the remuneration committee of the board of directors due to other work arrangements, with effect from September 22, 2026. Mr. Cao Yonggang has been re-designated from a non-executive director to an executive director, with effect from September 22, 2026. Pursuant to the company's articles of association and upon the recommendation of the nomination committee of the board of directors, Dr. Sun Changyu has been appointed as a non-executive director; and Ms. Zheng Yuling (formerly known as Zheng Jingyun) has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of the company, with effect from September 22, 2026. The board of directors further announces that Mr. Lang Xiaofeng has been appointed as a member of the remuneration committee; Dr. Sun has been appointed as a member of the audit committee of the board of directors and Ms. Zheng has been appointed as a member of the nomination committee, with effect from September 22, 2026.
