Upon application to the SSE, the company's A-shares will resume trading from the market opening on September 23, 2026. The company plans to absorb and merge Dongxing and Cinda by issuing A-shares to all A-share share-swap shareholders of Dongxing and Cinda. During the declaration period for the acquisition request right of A-share dissenting shareholders in the company's share-swap absorption merger of Dongxing and Cinda, a total of 1,950 securities accounts declared, with 10.9303 million shares declared. Upon verification, the number of securities accounts of A-share dissenting shareholders with valid declarations was 1,084, and the number of dissenting shares validly declared was 7.3219 million shares.
2. Ningbo Shanshan: Plans to invest RMB 5.106 billion to build an integrated project with an annual output of 150,000 tons of lithium-ion battery anode materials
Ningbo Shanshan announced that the company plans to invest in and construct the Inner Mongolia Shanshan Technology integrated project with an annual output of 150,000 tons of lithium-ion battery anode materials, with a total investment of approximately RMB 5.106 billion, including fixed asset investment of approximately RMB 4.318 billion. The project construction period is 17 months, with plans to commence in March 2027 and complete in July 2028. After the project is completed, it will form an integrated production capacity of 150,000 tons per year of anode materials, along with supporting 50,000 tons of graphitization capacity. This investment is still subject to review by the shareholders' meeting and requires approvals and filings such as environmental impact assessment and energy assessment.
3. Biwin Storage Technology: Plans to invest RMB 4.5 billion to build Phase III of the wafer-level advanced packaging and testing manufacturing project
Biwin Storage Technology announced that the company and its controlling subsidiary Guangdong Xincheng Hanqi plan to sign the "Phase III Cooperation Agreement for the Wafer-Level Advanced Packaging and Testing Manufacturing Project" with the Dongguan Songshan Lake High-Tech Industrial Development Zone Management Committee. The total investment for Phase III of the wafer-level advanced packaging and testing manufacturing project is expected to be approximately RMB 4.5 billion, including fixed asset investment of RMB 4 billion. The planned investment of RMB 3.09 billion for Phases I and II of the wafer-level advanced packaging and testing manufacturing project has been completed, with equipment being delivered successively, corresponding to a monthly production capacity of approximately 3,000 wafers. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, Phase I has completed plant construction and equipment installation and commissioning, and Phase II equipment is successively entering the site for installation and commissioning. It is currently in the stage of customer sample delivery, process verification, and small-batch trial production, and has not yet formally generated mass production revenue. Guangdong Xincheng Hanqi has built a range of advanced packaging technologies covering 2.5D, RDL, Fan-in, Fan-out, and others. This Phase III project is a capital increase and capacity expansion based on the original project, and the construction content will be completed within the original project's industrial land, involving no additional land use.
4. Wisesoft Co.,Ltd.: Under investigation by the CSRC for suspected violations of information disclosure laws and regulations
Wisesoft Co.,Ltd. announced that the company received the "Notice of Filing" issued by the CSRC. Due to suspected violations of information disclosure laws and regulations, the CSRC decided to file an investigation against the company. At present, the company's production, operations, and business operations are normal, and it will actively cooperate with the investigation and fulfill its information disclosure obligations.
5. Shenzhen Aoni Electronic: Wholly owned subsidiary signs RMB 1.67 billion GPU computing power card procurement contract
Shenzhen Aoni Electronic announced that its wholly owned subsidiary Aoni Intelligent signed a procurement contract with Company A to purchase GPU computing power card products from Company A, with a total contract amount of RMB 1.67 billion (tax included). The signing of this contract is a major daily operating contract, does not require review by the board of directors or shareholders' meeting, and does not constitute a related-party transaction or major asset restructuring. If the contract is performed smoothly, it is expected to have a positive impact on the company's operating results for the performance year.
