CHINLINK INTL (00997) announces that on August 17, 2026, the Company (as lessee) entered into a tenancy agreement with the landlord in respect of the lease of the property, for a term of thirty-five months commencing from October 1, 2026 to August 31, 2029 (both days inclusive), to be used as the Company's office in Hong Kong. The property is Rooms 3216-3218, 32nd Floor, Shui On Centre, 6-8 Harbour Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong, with a gross floor area of approximately 2,500 square feet. The monthly rent is HK$90,000. The Group is principally engaged in property investment and the provision of financial services in China and Hong Kong. The Group intends to use the property as the Group's headquarters in Hong Kong in the future.
