DAPHNE INT'L (00210) announced that the Board has resolved to terminate the 2022 Share Option Scheme and to adopt the 2026 Share Option Scheme to replace the 2022 Share Option Scheme, in order to comply with the amended provisions of Chapter 17 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
