Iambic Therapeutics Inc., a clinical-stage life sciences and technology company backed by NVIDIA Corporation (NVDA.US), has filed for an initial public offering (IPO) in the United States. According to its filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on Monday, the San Diego-based company uses artificial intelligence (AI) to develop new therapies and plans to use the IPO proceeds to advance three early-stage cancer drugs.
The filing shows that Iambic is collaborating with AbbVie (ABBV.US) to develop disease therapies spanning immunology, neuroscience, and oncology, and has established partnerships with pharmaceutical companies including Takeda Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. Sponsored ADR (TAK.US) and H. Lundbeck A/S. Its partners also include NVIDIA Corporation and AI cloud company Lambda Inc.
On the financial front, the filing shows that for the six months ended June 30, 2026, Iambic posted a net loss of $50.1 million and revenue of $12.8 million, compared with a net loss of $33.2 million and revenue of $3.9 million in the same period a year earlier.
Since its founding in 2019, Iambic has raised $461.8 million from investors in the technology and healthcare sectors. Its major shareholders include U.S. investment firms Catalio Capital Management, Nexus Venture Partners, and Coatue, as well as NVIDIA Corporation and the healthcare investment arm of the Qatar Investment Authority.
The offering is being led by JPMorgan, Jefferies Financial Group Inc., Bank of America Corp., and Citi. Iambic expects its shares to trade on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker "IAM."
