On the news front, LONGCHEER recently announced that it has adjusted the transaction plan for acquiring control of Suzhou Anruike Information Technology Co., Ltd., intending to use its own funds of RMB 840 million to acquire a 60% equity stake in Anruike, and has signed supplementary agreements regarding performance compensation arrangements, excess performance rewards, and increasing its shareholding in the listed company. It is understood that Anruike has long been deeply engaged in the data center infrastructure sector, having developed a product system including server cabinets, PDUs, busbars, and low-voltage power distribution equipment, and possesses capabilities in solution design, system integration, and project delivery, with accumulated relevant customer and channel resources. LONGCHEER stated that this acquisition will help the company obtain the professional team, product capabilities, and project experience needed to enter the North American data center infrastructure sector, better seize the industry development window, and further enhance its core competitiveness and sustainable development capability.
