On the news front, DL HOLDINGS GP announced that on September 21, 2026 (after trading hours), the Company entered into a non-binding memorandum of understanding (the "MOU") with Polibeli Group Ltd ("Polibeli", a company incorporated in the Cayman Islands and listed on the Nasdaq Stock Market under the ticker "PLBL"), regarding the preliminary assessment of potential business cooperation in AI-related cloud computing services and supporting digital infrastructure, with an initial focus on potential opportunities in Southeast Asia and other overseas markets (the "Proposed Cooperation"). Pursuant to the MOU, the Company and Polibeli (collectively, the "Parties") intend to establish a framework to evaluate potential cooperation opportunities in selected overseas markets relating to AI-related cloud computing services and supporting digital infrastructure.
