Zhejiang Huamei Holding (000607.SZ) announced that the company plans to publicly list and transfer its equity interest corresponding to RMB 862,000 of registered capital in Zhongjiao Future International Education Technology (Beijing) Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as Zhongjiao Future), accounting for 8.62% of the registered capital, and to publicly list and introduce external shareholders to increase capital and expand shareholding in Zhongjiao Future. The listing reserve price for the equity transfer is RMB 30 million; the capital increase amount shall be no less than RMB 240 million, and the company waives its preferential right to subscribe to this capital increase. If the equity transfer and capital increase are successfully implemented, the company will no longer control Zhongjiao Future.
