Jiangxi Synergy Pharmaceutical (300636.SZ) announced that the company recently received a notice from Pang Zhengwei, one of the company's controlling shareholders and actual controllers, as well as the chairman and general manager. Based on his firm confidence in the company's future development and recognition of its long-term investment value, and in order to boost investor confidence and effectively safeguard the interests of all investors of the company, Pang Zhengwei plans to increase his shareholding in the company within 6 months from the date of the announcement. The proposed increase in shareholding amount shall be no less than 10 million yuan and no more than 15 million yuan (inclusive of both figures).
