At the same time, ALI HEALTH announced that Shen Difan has resigned as chairman of the board, chief executive officer, chairman of the nomination committee and authorized representative, but Shen Difan remains an executive director and will devote more time to promoting the application of Alibaba Group's artificial intelligence business in the healthcare sector, while continuing to lead the development of ALI HEALTH's hydrogen ion and traceability code businesses. BofA Securities pointed out that although the company has recently undergone management changes and replaced its chief executive officer, healthcare AI and omnichannel pharmaceutical retail are still expected to remain its primary strategies, which can strengthen long-term competitiveness and growth. The bank lowered its ALI HEALTH FY2027 revenue and adjusted net profit forecasts by 4% each, to year-on-year growth of 9% to RMB37.4 billion and a year-on-year decline of 10% to RMB2.1 billion, mainly affected by reduced platform subsidies and weaker sales in non-pharmaceutical categories.
