On the news front, on September 12, CONANT OPTICAL held an unveiling and ribbon-cutting ceremony for its Jiangsu Qidong production base. Its wholly-owned subsidiary, formerly Jiangsu Lantu Glasses Co., Ltd., was officially renamed Jiangsu Conant Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., with industrial and commercial registration changes and an upgraded business positioning completed simultaneously. In the future, it will fully focus on the new smart glasses business. It is understood that this upgrade and renovation of the Jiangsu base is an important measure for the company to improve its core manufacturing network and strengthen high-end delivery capabilities. The Jiangsu Qidong base has already begun plant renovation work, while advancing Phase II and Phase III production line upgrade projects for XR. The construction of dedicated precision processing production lines for XR lenses is progressing steadily, and will continue to support product process validation and mass production ramp-up, strengthening the company's high-end product delivery support capabilities.
