HANSOH PHARMA (03692): Phase III clinical study of HS-10374 for the treatment of moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis met the co-primary endpoints.

HANSOH PHARMA (03692) announced that the Group's self-developed tyrosine kinase 2 (TYK2) selective allosteric inhibitor HS-10374 met the co-primary endpoints in a pivotal Phase III clinical trial for the treatment of moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis in adults: at Week 16 of treatment, the proportion of patients in the HS-10374 group achieving at least a 75% reduction from baseline in the Psoriasis Area and Severity Index (PASI 75), and the proportion of patients achieving a static Physician's Global Assessment (sPGA) score of 0 or 1 with at least a 2-point reduction from baseline (sPGA 0/1), were both significantly higher than those in the placebo group. The trial also met multiple secondary endpoints: at Week 16, more than half of the patients treated with HS-10374 achieved PASI 90 response, and nearly one-third achieved PASI 100 response. Meanwhile, HS-10374 demonstrated good safety and tolerability, with its safety profile similar to that of other TYK2 inhibitors in the same class, and no new safety signals were observed. Based on these positive results, the Group will soon initiate communications with relevant regulatory authorities and commence preparations for advancing a New Drug Application in China. The study results are planned to be presented at an upcoming academic conference in the dermatology field.
