ITC PROPERTIES (00199) has announced that, following the publication of the poll results, the Company has conducted tender and procurement work for the selection and appointment of auditors to provide audit services for the audit for the financial year ending 31 March 2027 (the 2027 Audit). The Board announces that, upon the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board has resolved to nominate and propose the appointment of Zhonghui Anda CPA Limited (Zhonghui Anda) as the Company's new auditor to provide the 2027 Audit services, with a term until the conclusion of the Company's next annual general meeting.
