Cosonic Intelligent Technologies (300793.SZ) announced that on September 17, 2026, the company signed an "Acquisition Intent Agreement" with Huaze Electronics shareholders Shen Shengmeng, Sun Xiaoli, Zhou Shuguang, and Shenzhen Kanggao Electronics Co., Ltd., intending to acquire a 55% equity stake in Huaze Electronics held by the four shareholders, including Shen Shengmeng, through cash payment. Upon completion of this transaction, Huaze Electronics will become a controlled subsidiary of the company. Huaze Electronics is a high-tech enterprise focused on the research, development, and production of automotive smart cockpit products, and is also a specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative small and medium-sized enterprise in Guangdong Province. Its main products include automotive microphones, i.e., acoustic sensors (ECM/MEMS/A2B/ANC), RNC accelerometers, automotive audio power amplifiers, USB modules, fragrance systems, and automotive KTV handheld microphones. It possesses hardware design capabilities for ANC automotive microphone sensors in automotive scenarios (road noise, tire noise, and multiple sound sources inside the vehicle) and experience in A2B bus automotive microphone development. Its products are widely used in sensing, audio, interaction, and comfort scenarios of automotive smart cockpits.
