NEW CONCEPTS (02221) completes issuance of 5 million shares, raising approximately HK$4.88 million net

NEW CONCEPTS (02221) announces that all conditions precedent set out in the subscription agreement have been fulfilled, and the subscription was completed on September 18, 2026 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the subscription agreement. A total of 5 million subscription shares (representing approximately 2.13% of the company's issued share capital as enlarged by the allotment and issue of the subscription shares) have been allotted and issued to the subscriber at a subscription price of HK$1.00 per subscription share. The gross proceeds and net proceeds from the subscription amounted to HK$5 million and HK$4.88 million, respectively. The company intends to apply the net proceeds from the subscription for the group's general working capital (including but not limited to staff costs, professional service fees and other general administrative and operating expenses).
