IMAGI INT'L-500 (00585): Tam Man Hong Appointed as Chairman of the Audit Committee
IMAGI INT'L-500 (00585) announced that with effect from 18 September 2026: Mr. Miao Xi, currently an independent non-executive director, will cease to serve as the chairman of the Company's audit committee, but will remain as an independent non-executive director and a member of each of the audit committee, the Company's nomination committee and the Company's remuneration committee; and Mr. Tam Man Hong, currently an independent non-executive director, has been appointed as the chairman of the audit committee and will continue to serve as the chairman of the remuneration committee and a member of the nomination committee.
