TSP Wind Power Group (300129.SZ) announced that on September 17, 2026, the company, together with Guangzhou Jinda Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jinda Capital") and 9 other limited partners, jointly signed the "Partnership Agreement" in Guangzhou. All parties agreed to jointly initiate the establishment of a limited partnership (hereinafter referred to as the "investment fund" or "partnership"); among them, the company, as a limited partner, will subscribe with its own funds a capital contribution of RMB 10 million, holding a 24.33% share of the investment fund. The company is cooperating with the professional institution Jinda Capital to jointly establish an investment fund, with Jinda Capital serving as the fund manager. This can effectively integrate Jinda Capital's professional investment capabilities with the company's capital and resource advantages, leverage the synergistic effects of all parties, and bring investment returns to the company, in line with the company's strategic development direction.
