STERLING GP (01825): Termination of Placing Agreement

STERLING GP (01825) announced that on September 18, 2026 (after the end of the trading session), in view of significant changes in recent market conditions, the placing agent has notified the Company in writing to terminate the Placing Agreement in accordance with the terms of the Placing Agreement, with immediate effect. Upon termination of the Placing Agreement, all rights, obligations and liabilities of the parties to the Placing Agreement under the Placing Agreement shall cease and determine, and no party shall have any claim against the other in respect of any matter or thing arising out of or in connection with the Placing Agreement, save for any claims relating to the termination. The Company considers that the termination of the Placing Agreement and the placing contemplated thereunder will not have any material adverse impact on the business operations and financial position of the Group.
