Yatong Co., Ltd. (600692.SH) announced that, in response to the needs of the company's business development and to further accelerate the company's business layout, its wholly-owned subsidiary Shanghai Yashen Digital Dimension New Energy Development Co., Ltd. plans to establish Kunshan Yashen Digital Dimension Integrated Energy Co., Ltd. as a wholly-owned investment. Kunshan Yashen has a registered capital of RMB 20 million, and Yashen Digital Dimension will contribute RMB 20 million in cash, accounting for 100% of the company's registered capital.
