Healthcare Co., Ltd. (603313.SH) announced that, in response to market changes and taking into account the actual operating conditions of its controlling subsidiary Jiangsu Duolan New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. ("Duolan New Materials"), after prudent study, Duolan New Materials will permanently cease production in the near future. The permanent production suspension of Duolan New Materials will help the company reduce operating costs and optimize resource allocation, is in line with the company's strategic development needs, and will not harm the interests of the company and all shareholders. Duolan New Materials' operating revenue in 2025 did not reach 15% of the company's total operating revenue, and the permanent production suspension at this stage will not have a material adverse impact on the development of the company's main business or its ability to continue as a going concern.
