Dongxing (601198.SH) has submitted an application to the Shanghai Stock Exchange for the voluntary delisting of its A-shares.

Dongxing Securities (601198.SH) announced that, as the company is being absorbed and merged by CICC, this transaction will result in the company no longer having independent legal entity status and being deregistered. This falls under the circumstance stipulated in Article 9.7.1, paragraph 1, item (6) of the Shanghai Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules (April 2026 Revision), namely "the company no longer has independent legal entity status and is deregistered due to a consolidation by new establishment or an absorption merger." The company submitted an application to the Shanghai Stock Exchange on September 18, 2026 for the voluntary delisting of its A-shares.
