CR CONSTRUCTION (01582) subsidiary wins tender for the main construction works contract involving a public housing development project in Cheung Sha Wan, Kowloon, Hong Kong, awarded by the Hong Kong Housing Department.
CR Construction (01582) announced that its indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary, CR Construction Company Limited, has executed a letter of acceptance in respect of the main construction works contract for a public housing development project in Cheung Sha Wan, Kowloon, Hong Kong, awarded by the Hong Kong Housing Department, with a contract sum of approximately HK$1.5 billion. The Group will act as the main contractor to provide building construction works. The aforementioned works are currently expected to commence in mid-October 2026.
