ELATE HOLDINGS (00076) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Hong Kong Media Advertising Limited, and Guangdong Haishang Yuntian Film Group Co., Ltd. signed a memorandum of cooperation (the Memorandum) on September 18, 2026. Pursuant to the Memorandum, the contracting parties intend to jointly host the "International AI Film Incubation Festival," with the aim of enhancing the international influence and visibility of cultural activities and AI technology in Hong Kong and Macau, while also nurturing and supporting AI film creators. The contracting parties also plan to collaborate on creating an artificial intelligence science fiction film, with each party leveraging its own CKH HOLDINGS advantages to jointly advance the film's screening and overseas distribution. Specific details will be determined after further negotiation between the parties. The Board believes that this cooperation will help the Group explore new business development opportunities in the cultural and creative and digital content sectors, and may generate revenue in the future.
