JINHAI MED TECH (02225): Liu Jinjing Appointed as Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company

JINHAI MED TECH (02225) announced that Ms. Liu Jinjing has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of the Company, a member of the Company's audit committee, a member of the Company's nomination committee, and a member of the Company's remuneration committee, with effect from September 18, 2026. Mr. Li Yunping has resigned as an executive director of the Company, and Ms. Yang Meihua has resigned as an independent non-executive director of the Company, with effect from September 18, 2026, due to the need to devote more time and energy to their other business commitments. Immediately following the effective date of their resignations, Mr. Li Yunping will cease to be a member of the Company's nomination committee, and Ms. Yang Meihua will cease to be a member of the Company's audit committee, remuneration committee, and nomination committee.
