CALC (01848) sells one Airbus A321-200 aircraft
CALC (01848) announces that on 18 September 2026 (after trading hours), the Seller and the Buyer, Shanghai Yongying Huchangxiang No. 3 Aircraft Leasing Co., Ltd., entered into an Aircraft Sale and Purchase Agreement, pursuant to which the Seller agreed to sell, and the Buyer agreed to purchase, the Aircraft.
CALC (01848) announced that on September 18, 2026 (after trading hours), the seller entered into an Aircraft Sale and Purchase Agreement with the buyer, Shanghai Yongying Huchangxiang No. 3 Aircraft Leasing Co., Ltd., pursuant to which the seller agreed to sell, and the buyer agreed to purchase, the aircraft.
The aircraft is one Airbus A321-200 aircraft.
The aircraft transaction is one of the Group's ordinary course of business. The disposal will help enhance the Group's revenue from aircraft transactions, meet market demand for aircraft, and maintain the Group's good relationship with customers.
