Eve Energy Co.,Ltd.(300014.SZ) subsidiary EVE Power signed a supply framework agreement with Fluence.
EVE Energy (300014.SZ) announced that recently, its subsidiary Hubei EVE Power Co., Ltd. ("EVE Power") and Fluence Energy Global Production Operation, LLC ("Fluence"), based on their prior friendly cooperation, further confirmed the expansion of their collaboration and, in accordance with the principle of good faith, signed a relevant supply agreement to deepen cooperation on the production and delivery of 206GWh of batteries by EVE Power to Fluence for 2027-2031.

("EVE Power") and Fluence Energy Global Production Operation, LLC ("Fluence"), based on their previous friendly cooperation, have further confirmed the expansion of their collaboration. In accordance with the principle of good faith, they signed a relevant supply agreement to deepen cooperation on EVE Power's production and delivery of 206GWh of batteries to Fluence for 2027-2031. The two parties reached consensus on a committed delivery volume of 16GWh for 2027, with a total reserved capacity of 190GWh for 2028-2031. The performance of this agreement will have a positive impact on the company's future development.
