Nanjing Bestway Intelligent Control Technology (301195.SZ) announced that the company, together with Nanjing Jinma Investment Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) and others, jointly signed a Partnership Agreement to establish Nanjing Jianye Jin Yu Maowu Strategic Emerging Software and Information Artificial Intelligence Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership). The total subscribed capital contribution of all partners is 1 billion yuan. The company, as a limited partner, will contribute 50 million yuan from its own funds, accounting for 5%. The fund mainly invests in the new-generation information technology sector, including but not limited to underlying hardware, basic software, industrial software, application software, open-source software platforms, artificial intelligence, the metaverse, big data, cloud computing, 6G/F6G, satellite communications, intelligent terminals, and other fields. These areas share technological common ground with the company's main businesses such as converged communications, intelligent monitoring, and intelligent mining driving, and offer business synergies.
