MAXNERVA TECH(01037): BOCOM International appointed as independent financial adviser

MAXNERVA TECH (01037) announces that BOCOM International (BOCOM International, a licensed corporation permitted under the Securities and Futures Ordinance to carry on Type 1 (dealing in securities) and Type 6 (advising on corporate finance) regulated activities) has been appointed as the independent financial adviser to provide advice to the independent board committee in respect of the offers, in particular, as to whether the share offer is fair and reasonable and whether to accept it, to provide a recommendation to the independent shareholders, and to provide a recommendation to the option holders on its view of the share option offer. The appointment of BOCOM International has been approved by the independent board committee in accordance with Rule 2.1 of the Takeovers Code.
