On the news front, YUK WING GP announced that the board of directors of the company has been informed by Choi Fai Investment Limited (Choi Fai), the controlling shareholder of the company, that it sold a total of 176 million shares of the company (Shares) during the period from September 8, 2026 to September 15, 2026, representing approximately 38.54% of the total issued share capital of the company as at the date of this announcement. Immediately following the share sale, Choi Fai held 12.446 million shares, representing approximately 2.73% of the total issued share capital of the company as at the date of this announcement, and therefore ceased to be the controlling shareholder of the company. Meanwhile, the board of directors has also been informed by Hellobaby International Limited that on September 15, 2026, it purchased 132 million shares from Choi Fai at approximately HK$0.454 per share, representing 29.00% of the total issued share capital of the company as at the date of this announcement, and has become a major shareholder of the company. The company has been informed that Hellobaby International Limited and its ultimate beneficial owner are both independent of, unconnected with, and not acting in concert with Choi Fai or its associates.
